Discloser Policy

Ⅰ.Basic Policy for Disclosure of Information

As a company widely trusted in our industry, we consider transparency in management to be one of our most important responsibilities. Accordingly, we will continue to release information pertinent to all of our esteemed stakeholders in a fair and timely manner.

Ⅱ.Criteria for Disclosure of Information

1.Timely Disclosure of Important Information
We will disclosure information as an adherent of and in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and its applicable laws and regulations as well as the rules pertaining to timely disclosure as decided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, on which we are listed.
2.Voluntary Disclosure
Even in the case of information that does not constitute that which must be published in accordance with regulations on timely disclosure, if it is judged that the information will have a meaningful effect on investment decisions, we will release said information impartially and swiftly in the interest of gaining greater understanding and trust from our investors.

Ⅲ.Method of Disclosure

Information that meets the definition of requiring timely disclosure will be released on the Tokyo Stock Exchange information disclosure portal “TDnet” and generally uploaded to our website as quickly as time will allow. Even in the case of information not meeting the legal necessity of timely disclosure, we will accurately and impartially release said information in accordance with the same principles afforded to other information in consideration of our esteemed investors’ needs.

Ⅳ.Regarding Forecasted Business Results

All information pertaining to forecasted business results and operation plans are a reflection of the Company’s outlook on the future and based on all information available at time of its writing. Accordingly, future economic conditions or institutional changes may have an adverse affect on their accuracy or fulfillment, and we request all of our investors to understand that there may be discrepancy between what is forecasted and reality.

Ⅴ.Regarding Unpublished Disclosures

In order to prevent voluntary and involuntary disclosures being preferentially released to certain investors, we enforce handling of information by relevant parties within the company in accordance with an establish set of rules and guidelines. Once it has been confirmed that the information in question has bene relayed to the appropriate party, we ensure it is released in a timely manner on both our website and on TDnet.

Ⅵ.Response to Misleading Information

In the event of misleading information regarding the Company and its operations being circulated, if it deemed to potentially have a large effect on our standing in the market we will release a statement on TDnet in an expedient manner.

Ⅶ.Silence Period

With regards to business results, in order to prevent any data leakage and ensure the impartiality of its results, we will impose a temporary silence period before releasing said results. During this period we will refrain from answering any questions or making any comment regarding the contents of the business results. Should any information come to light during the silence period that fits the criteria for being released in timely closure, it will be released as convention dictates.
